Job Title: Sales Representative - Travel Trade

Additionally, we offer custom itinerary group products upon request, catering to the unique preferences and interests of our clients. As a dynamic and growing company, we are seeking a Sales Representative - Travel Trade to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview: As the Sales Representative - Travel Trade, you will play a vital role in driving sales and building strong relationships with travel agents, wholesalers, and trade partners across the country. Initially, you will work in an office-based role, focusing on promoting and selling our language-guided bus tours and custom itinerary group products. Your responsibilities will include providing product knowledge and training to trade partners, identifying new partnerships, collaborating with the marketing team, and analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities.

As you gain experience, the position will evolve to include travel and market-specific visits. This progression will enable you to generate sales from markets traveling to the

US and strengthen relationships with key partners. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of our trade sales strategy and expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, wholesalers, and trade partners to promote our language-guided bus tours and custom itinerary group products.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and training to trade partners, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our offerings.
  • Develop new trade partnerships to expand our network and reach.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective trade marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Attend industry events to represent our company and establish brand presence.
  • Conduct product presentations and organize familiarization trips for trade partners to showcase our offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to trade partners, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong language skills are a must, with a minimum requirement of being bilingual. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
